When playing in the uber-luxe skincare category—think La Prairie Platinum—recent consumer insights revealed that focusing on claims and results was not enough. Ingredients, craft, and aspirational storytelling were what attracted this consumer. To conquer this challenge, we transported our audience to Iceland to discover the rare ingredients, exquisite craftsmanship, and profound potency within every gilded bottle.
